Children’s Mugam festival due shortly

It is the sixth year that the AIOC has sponsored children’s Mugam festival, which spans all kids under 14, as selection of Mugam performing children is underway in all regions of the country, as well as refugee camps.

The festival is expected to consist of three stages in the aftermath of which Mugam masters will name four winners of the contest.*
